A fully inerted soldering robot with six free programmable axes enables to solder even most difficult circuits correctly. The robot-arm guides the PCB precisely over the waves and is designed for uninterrupted 3-shift high volume production / throughput.
 
 
LEAD FREE (Meets the new EU-Regulations which will be implemented in 2006)
 
Lead free
The specially treated (body coated) solder pot enables lead free soldering of the pcb's.
The height of the turbulent hollow solder wave and of the smooth full solder wave can be programmed independently.
 
 
Soldering Robot-system
Six free programmable axes enable to solder even most difficult circuits correctly.
Since it is an entirely closed system, the reproducibility of the process is constant and guaranteed.
 
 
Preheater
The proven preheating system is equipped with twelve infrared beam emitters.
A pyrometer checks the temperature underside of PCB at the end of the preheating section and the gripper will wait until the target temperature is reached before soldering.
 
 
Control
All function parameters are programmed via PC.
The menus are easily accessible and logically filled.
All parameters can be programmed while production is in progress.
 
 
Condensation Trap
These condensation traps filter the loose particles through the Venturi nozzle out of the process atmosphere.
Subsequently the pollution in the machine is substantially reduced.
 
 
Inert Gas Atmosphere
The automatic gas infeed in the process chamber prevents oxidation during the solder process and guarantees an optimal solder quality.
The residual oxygen is permanently monitored.
