| EPM not
only offers a complete range of solder systems but also an extensive range
of transport-modules for solder frames. The components are combinable
and simple to handle. The following modules are available: Extension modules with or without return conveyor, extendable to customers requirements. Start and end lift. Angle converter with or without return conveyor. T-converter with or without return conveyor. Unloading station left/right. Cooling module. Working station controlling. The frame transport is chain driven. It runs in specially constructed aluminium profile rails. To guarantee lasting durability the rails are hard-anodized. The module supports are powder coated and adjustable in height. The advance transport speed can be regulated between 0.5 and 2.5 m/min. All driving modules steer and regulate themselves. The standard length of the modules are 2 meters. It is however possible to manufacture individual lengths to customers specific requirements. |
