Wave Soldering - Hi-Tech ATX
 
 
 
Module based single and double wave soldering machine for medium to high volume production / throughput.
 
 
LEAD FREE (Meets the new EU-Regulations which will be implemented in 2006)
 
The specially treated (body coated) solder pot enables lead free soldering of the pcb's. The height of the turbulent hollow solder wave and of the smooth full solder wave can be programmed independently.

Carrier or finger transport
The carrier conveyor system can be used for both fixed and adjustable frames.
The finger conveyor system can be equipped with V-fingers (direct gripping of the pcb's) or with L-fingers (holder for epoxy mask with pcb's).
   
Preheater
The preheating system, more than two meters in length, is equipped with 14 IR-beams or 14 Carbon-beams for water based flux.
An additional top side preheater with three IR-beams is optionally available.
   
High efficiency
The emission spectrum of the Carbon-beams is practically identical with the absorption spectrum of water.

Atomizer and/or foam fluxer
The atomizer fluxer processes all fluxes with low solid parts. This system was developed for the very finest reproducible flux application.
The flux is pumped directly from the original flux container to the atomising nozzle.
   
N2-cover
Automatic gas infeed over the soldering waves reduces oxidation during the soldering process.
It is possible th retrofit the N2-cover at a later stage.
