| The
SIM60 is a manually operated, semi-automatic screen-printing and stencil-printing
machine. The SIM60 has been designed for applications requiring maximum
precision combined with high economic viability. The user-friendly and practice-oriented design concept of the SIM60 makes for easy-to-operate functions, short conversion times and high flexibility. The SIM60 allows you to print on both flexible and rigid substrate materials such as circuit-boards, glass, ceramics and metal with strengths of up to 25 mm. All relevant parameters such as squeegee pressure, squeegee speed and separation speed can be saved and called up when needed. The optional easy-to-operate TPH (Table Positioning Help) is equipped with two colour cameras. The positioning is performed manually by the engineer / operator. The printing process can only begin after the PC of the TPH-system has signalled that the table is in the right position. The circuit-board clamping mechanism and support allow the machine to accommodate the circuit-boards and any other printing matter with a high degree of flexibility. It is possible to integrate a high-speed stenter frame. |
