SMD Assembly - HEEB-INOTEC Inoplacer HP 4000

For assembly of SMD components on PCB's, for small and medium size batches.
Very
high placement rate, up to 4,000 components per hour, with optimal flexibility and very easy programming and handling. Ability to place from strips, up to 200 component lines possible.

The combination of Laser Centring and Vision-System ensures precise and reproducible SMD assembly, for even the most advanced BGA & QFP type packages.

The INOPLACER HP can be purchased in basic form, with laser centring from Cybertronics. But possibly the most outstanding design feature of this machine is the ability to upgrade as new technology demands.

Optional upgrades include:-
Heeb's unique vision system,
enables placement of large components (50 x 50 mm)
Feederbox unique to Heeb,
and unusual in a machine of this price.
Takes 10 x 8 mm component lines

Also available and unusual in a machine of this price
Smart Feeders
LED Feeder
Glue Head

Grid Tray Handler
(max.10 trays, size max. 260 x 350 mm).

1. General Description
The "INOPLACER HP" automatic SMD assembly system is based on the continuing development and experience with the INOPLACER SM and the INOPLACER AC automatic SMD assembly systems.

The "INOPLACER HP" Automatic SMD Assembly System is specially developed for assembly of small and medium size batches. The machine is very easy to program and operate, with compact design and relatively inexpensive.

The machine design is based on standard components:
Centring: Lasercentring, Cyberoptics
Vision, ICOS
X/Y motors: Bautz
Motor cards: standard cards (assembled in the PC)
Linear guides: THK
Machine control: Industrial PC (Pentium)
Movement belts: Standard belts
Power supply: Puls

Catering for small components is achieved with a Laser unit which is integrated in the assembly head. Larger components are centered with the vision system.

Through the concerpt of an "open machine", it is very easy to set up the machine and change from one job to another. PCB handling is also very easy, machine can be integrated into a production line with automatic pcb loading and unloading system (option), at a later date.

The machine can assemble a wide range of components from 0402 up to a size of 50 x 50 mm, (PLCC's, QFP's, BGA's).

It is possible to rotate, shrink and stretch assembly programs.

The machine comes ready for production including control unit, camera, 4 assembly tools, pcb support and 1 feederbank for max. 35 x 8mm component lines (3 x Feederbox with 10 x 8 mm component lines +_ 5 x single feeder, or 24 x 8 mm single feeder).
