| HEEB-INOTEC
has developed both the hardware and software for this economical and quick
assembling machine for small and medium size batches. The INOPLACER, HPX
is very easy to program and operate. The machine design is based on standard components which are all easy to purchase and readily available. For example: a Standard Industrial PC is used, and high quality standard drive belts. Single feeder, feeder-box, vibratory feeder, grid-tray-handler and short tape board are available. The feeders are motor driven and activated through infrared sensors. Options include intelligent feeders. The 'open' machine style allows easy set-up and PCB handling. Machines can also be integrated into a production line with automatic PCB loading & unloading. The combination of laser centering from CyberOptics and vision system makes it possible to assemble a large range of components. The INOPLACER HPX can be purchased in basic form, equipped with laser centering as standard, to place components from 0402s to BGAs, but can also be easily upgraded with HEEB's unique vision system. This add-on will inspect the underside of all components prior to placement, and if for example there is a ball missing from a BGA or a lead missing from a leaded component the INOPLACER HP will alert the operator to the problem. The add-on will also allow 0201 component handling capability. The easy to use Software program is Windows based. Assembly programs can be made direct on the INOPLACER by using the 'Teach-in-Mode'; or Data can be downloaded directly from your CAD system. |
