Microdyne™ Air Bearing Spindle platform is a direct replacement for many
popular printed circuit board drilling machines. Engineered and Manufactured,
following ISO 9001 standards in the United States, the Microdyne™ spindle
offers low dynamic runout, and quiet, stable operation.
Each spindle comes standard with Automatic Tool Change System, Water Cooling,
and .125” I.D. Locking Collet. Available options include 110K or 125K
RPM spindle speed, True Stop™ collet, motor temperature sensor, and magneto
differential type speed sensor. This spindle requires no modification
to the drilling machine as various configurations are available.
